Please read this Privacy Policy carefully so you understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we treat it.  By using our website, you are agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy.  If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, you should exit the website immediately.

The ABO Storefront

This Privacy Policy does NOT apply to the use of, or purchases from, the ABO Storefront that is linked from our website. The ABO Storefront sells ABO-branded orthodontics-related items such as measuring gauges and calibration kits.

The ABO Storefront is a third-party website operated by eProductivity Software (ePS) (formerly with Electronics for Imaging (EFI)). For information about ePS’ collection, use, and disclosure of information collected through the ABO Storefront, please see ePS’ current Terms of Use (https://eproductivitysoftware.com/terms-of-use/) and the other eProductivity Software written terms and conditions provided with the sale, product or service (such as eProductivity Software order confirmation terms, and eProductivity Software license agreement terms). If you do not agree to the ePS’ Terms of Use, you should not purchase or use the product and/or service.

ePS provides the ABO with certain personal information related to sales on the ABO Storefront, and the ABO uses that personal information for its own internal administration, but it does not share that personal information with any third parties.
